Systems that work together

Connect data.
Simplify processes.

Your team should not have to enter the same data more than once. We connect your website, store and internal systems so information flows reliably and manual work is reduced where it matters.

Starting point

A good integration has clear rules.

When data moves manually between a store, website and internal applications, questions and duplicate work follow. We clarify which system owns each piece of information, when it is transferred and what happens if something fails. That turns the connection into a traceable process.

Scope of services

From API access
to ongoing operation.

Every data flow needs a purpose, clear responsibilities and visible feedback when errors occur. We plan these alongside the technical connection.

01 / SERVICE

Integrating existing APIs

We examine documentation, authentication, data formats and the limits of the systems involved. Retrieval, transfer and feedback are then aligned with the use case.

02 / SERVICE

Custom .NET solutions

For requirements beyond a CMS, we develop suitable web applications, services or integrations using .NET and ASP.NET. Hosting and deployment are considered from the outset.

03 / SERVICE

Traceable operation

Logging, error handling and repeatable processing help isolate problems. Permissions and credentials are managed separately from public content.

Practical data flows

Information where
it is needed.

An ERP can supply products, prices and stock levels to Shopify, Magento, OpenCart or WooCommerce. Orders flow back into inventory management. Other channels such as Amazon receive defined data instead of relying on duplicate manual updates.

We check existing APIs and standard connectors first. If they do not cover the process, we develop targeted integrations, scripts or .NET / ASP.NET applications with traceable error handling.

Online stores & e-commerce

Go deeper with data integration.

Integrations and custom .NET solutions are part of WebDirect's services. Projects focused on mapping, synchronization or automation can be developed further through suitable specialist services.

Thoughtful implementation

Test more than the successful case.

Duplicate records, timeouts, changed formats and unavailable third-party systems are part of everyday integration work. We therefore define which actions may be retried, when someone needs to be informed and how a failed run can be traced.

01

Define master systems and responsibility for data

02

Check authentication and required permissions

03

Include test data, error scenarios and retries

04

Agree deployment, IIS configuration and documentation

Questions & answers

What you should
know before starting.

What is needed to connect two systems?

At minimum, a business description of the data flow and suitable technical access. API documentation, test access, sample data and contacts for both systems are helpful.

Is it possible without an existing API?

Structured import and export files or other approved exchange methods are sometimes possible. We establish whether these are sufficiently reliable and maintainable before implementation.

Do you take on existing .NET applications?

After reviewing the source code, versions, dependencies and operating environment. We first clarify what can safely continue and where technical modernization is needed.
