Providing the website

When you visit a website, technically necessary connection data is processed. Cloudflare is used to deliver and protect the website. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. IP addresses and technical request information may be processed to provide content and identify harmful access. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure, available website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. Cloudflare provides information about processing and international transfers in its privacy policy .

Contact by email or phone

When you contact us, we process your contact details and the information you provide to handle your inquiry. For inquiries about a possible engagement, this is for pre-contractual measures under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other inquiries, it is based on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive data by unencrypted email. A suitable transfer method can be agreed for necessary confidential documents.

Contact and urgent support inquiry forms

The contact form lets you provide your name, email and inquiry, and optionally your company, phone number and website address. It is available on the contact page and through the inquiry window in the footer. Details are forwarded to us by email to handle the inquiry. Contact Form 7 does not create a separate inquiry record on this website.

Urgent support

The urgent support form lets you provide the affected URL, problem, system, company, contact, phone number, email, urgency and a description. Details are forwarded to us by email to handle your inquiry. Please do not enter passwords or unnecessary sensitive data. Contact Form 7 does not save the submission as a separate inquiry record on this website.

Form protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

Inquiry forms are protected against automated and abusive submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile. The required JavaScript file loads when this website is visited. On pages with an inquiry form, Cloudflare evaluates technical browser and connection information. The verification response is checked server-side with Cloudflare before processing the inquiry. Information from the contact fields is not part of that verification response.

Meeting bookings with Google Calendar

Booking can be opened in a window on this website. The embedded Google Calendar loads only when you open booking. Connection data, cookies used by Google and the booking information you enter may then be processed. For Google's processing, please see Google's privacy policy.

We use the contact details provided for the agreed meeting to organize and conduct the conversation. You can contact us by phone or email instead at any time.

Cookies, choices and Google Analytics

On your first visit, you can accept all optional functions, allow only necessary ones or choose in settings. Necessary functions for operation and security remain active. Your choice is stored locally in this browser under wd-consent-v1 for up to six months.

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you consent to statistics. The service helps us understand website use and development. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Usage information, connection data and Analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_… may be processed. Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. Further information is available from Google. Personalized advertising and Google Signals are disabled in this integration.

You can change your choices or withdraw consent at any time through ‘Privacy settings’ in the footer. On withdrawal, we stop further Analytics measurement and remove optional Analytics cookies this website can delete. Necessary cookies remain. We cannot delete cookies on other domains or cookies inaccessible to JavaScript here. A local withdrawal does not retrospectively remove data already transmitted.
